Monitored mailboxes

Every email account the Boss reads, whether it logs in itself or Outlook sends the mail through Power Automate. Observe only reads and files what it learns; Organize also lets it move and delete mail in that mailbox.

Email signature

Each mailbox has its own. It goes under every email the Boss writes from that mailbox, drafts and sent mail alike. Outlook does not add its own signature to those, so this is the only one they get. Plain text; leave it empty for none.

Phones and flows

Each device or automation gets its own token, limited to what you tick. Revoking one stops that device straight away and affects nothing else.
